AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by 
Glendive Broadcasting Corp. (``Glendive''), permittee of station KXGN-
DT, to substitute DTV channel 5 for post-transition DTV channel 10 at 
Glendive, Montana.

DATES: This rule is effective January 2, 2009.
